Shipping Terms & Conditions
Local Shipping: Please note that Spitfire Multimedia (Pty) Ltd uses in-house courier services to ship its products to all branches across the country. With this being said various factors can influence shipping times like, weather conditions, robberies, vehicle crashes, and many more. We have a standard lead time of 3 working days to all major outlets across the country for unbranded items and 5-7 working days for branded items. Please always allow enough time for items to ship. Once an item has shipped Spitfire Multimedia( Pty) Ltd will issue the end-user with an SO ( Sales order) number which must be presented at the dispatch counter. Please note that shipping environments can change during transit and that some items may be influenced. Should you receive items that are broken or that malfunctioned please
ensure that this is reported within 8 hours of receipt. We will require photo proof of the item stating a date and time and all information must be put into writing writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with the credit or refund process. Please note that the R40 rule will apply in these circumstances.
Please note that Spitfire Multimedia (Pty) Ltd will in no way be held liable for any loss, deadlines being missed, or any other circumstance that will negatively influence the outcome, due to shipping errors from the shipping company. It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure that enough time on a project is allocated to compensate for such errors. We live in South African and anything is possible. Under normal circumstances, items may ship to a branch in less than 3 days, but this is not always a guarantee so please allow ample time for shipping.
Clothing & Fitting Kits
Spitfire Multimedia (Pty) Ltd, Ships all fitting kits to a local branch free of charge. It will be the clients responsibility to ensure that he/she collects their order and ensures that all items are in a good condition and that all items that was ordered is present. Please note, that all items are checked out at dispatch so we will be able to cross reference what has left our warehouse. It will be the clients responsibility to ensure that all fitting kits are returned to Amrod’s Head office in JHB within the (7working) days time limit so quality control can inspect the item and pass credit. Should the clothing items pass inspection, a credit will be done. If a client does not have a courier service to send back the test kit he or she would have to request this via email ( email@example.com) prior to the 7 working days time limit and a courier service will be provide at the clients own cost. Please note, that clothing needs to be returned as per the return policy.
Nationwide shipping: Spitfire Multimedia (Pty) Ltd can ship to any home or business address nationwide. Please note that some areas will have safety restrictions and due to the safety of the drivers they will not be entering these areas. These items will be shipped to the nearest branch for collection and a service consultant will inform you via email if delivery can not be made. Please note, that nationwide shipping lead times may vary depending on the area, so please consult with a representative for a more accurate lead time or to keep you in the loop. Please note that lead time can change without prior notice as events such as hijacking, or strikes may have a huge influence on time lines provided.
