Spitfire Multimedia utilises The "Courier Guy" as its shipping partner, so all tracking and shipping-related queries can be directed to them. Once the order has been submitted, a waybill will be provided. Please note although "The Courier Guy" handles our shipping, Spitfire Multimedia will not be held responsible for any product that is shattered or damaged upon receipt. Before shipping, our Quality Control inspects all products and ensures it's in a working and undamaged condition. Please consult our return policies for any other queries.
